目的研究黑豆浆改善幼儿缺铁性贫血的临床疗效;通过对治疗前后临床表现及实验室指标的观察,以进一步验证黑豆浆的有效性。方法选择广州市番禺区钟村街辖区内临床诊断为缺铁性贫血的患儿300例,对300例患儿在平时的饮食加予黑豆浆,记录3个月后患儿的贫血症状及复查血常规的贫血指标恢复情况。结果干预后,贫血患儿的贫血症状和实验室指标与干预前比较效果明显(P<0.05)。结论黑豆浆对于改善缺铁性贫血的疗效确切,临床疗效优势明显,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of black soybean milk on improving iron deficiency anemia in young children. To further verify the validity of black soybean milk by observing the clinical manifestations and laboratory indexes before and after treatment. Methods 300 cases of clinically diagnosed as iron deficiency anemia in Zhongcunjie area, Panyu District, Guangzhou City were enrolled. 300 children were given black soybean milk in usual diet and the symptoms and reexaminations of children were recorded after 3 months Blood anemia indicators recovery. Results After the intervention, anemia symptoms and laboratory indexes in children with anemia were significantly better than those before intervention (P <0.05). Conclusion Black soybean milk is effective in ameliorating iron deficiency anemia and has obvious clinical curative effect and is worth popularizing and applying.
