一、问题的提出2002年秋季,铜山县作为首批省级课改实验区,在全县范围内开展了实验教材的试验,2004年9月份初中化学也要开始实验教材的试验,而初中化学教师的素质是搞好课改的重要组成部分,因为教师素质的高低直接关系到课改的成败。但是农村初中化学教师由于受长期传统教育思想、传统教学方式和学校设备条件制约等多种因素的综合影响,在新课改中化学教师肯定存在种种不适应。为了使初中化学课改在我校得以顺利实施,本人对目前初中化学教师的教学行为和知识结构作了调查分析,在此基础上,并结合化学课程标准提出提高初中化学教师素质的途径。二、初中化学教师素质调查与分析
