在知识管理活动与竞争情报活动融合基础之上,文章首先提出了竞争情报实践活动所要求的“社区—技术”两层模式:基础层面向知识管理活动,进阶层关注竞争情报活动。然后,从学习型竞争情报组织、竞争情报契约机制、竞争情报转移机制三方面论述了“社区”元素在竞争情报活动中的应用。最后,以全方位竞争情报技术、竞争情报安全规则和竞争情报推荐机制为突破口阐述了“技术”元素在竞争情报活动中的应用。
Based on the integration of knowledge management activities and competitive intelligence activities, the article first proposes a “community-technology” two-tier model required by practice of competitive intelligence: the knowledge management activities at the basic level and the competitive intelligence activities at the advanced level. Then, the application of “community ” elements in competitive intelligence activities is discussed from three aspects: learning competitive intelligence organization, competitive intelligence contract mechanism and competitive intelligence transfer mechanism. Finally, this paper expounds the application of “technology ” elements in competitive intelligence activities by using all-round competitive intelligence technology, competitive intelligence security rules and competitive intelligence recommendation mechanism as the breakthrough point.
