本文在总结了大量实验基础上,讨论了如何根据金属显微组织的特点及分析目的去正确地选择探针线扫描分析的操作条件,分析了在CRT上线扫描分布曲线与金属显微组织的浓度分布的对应关系,并讨论了实际应用。操作条件主要指加速电压、探针电流、放大器增益、脉冲高度分析器的阀电平和窗口值、以及计数率器量程。其中加速电压的选择已有现成的数据可供参考,本文没予讨论。
