黄河水土保持生态工程位于三门峡市区东北部,属黄土高原丘陵沟壑区。在可研、初设规划的基础上,严格项目管理,突破关键技术,根据其泥沙主要来自沟谷的特点,实现了保塬固沟、生态整治目标;以径流利用为重点,实现了水资源的优化配置和高效利用,促进了林果业的快速发展;全面完成了各项建设任务,取得了良好的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益,打造出了具有黄土高原沟壑区地域特色的黄河水土保持生态工程。

Focusing on the utilization of runoff, water resources Optimized allocation and efficient utilization, promoted the rapid development of forestry and fruit industry; completed various construction tasks in an all-round way, and achieved good economic, social and ecological benefits, and created the Yellow River Soil and Water Conservation Ecology with regional characteristics in the gully region of the Loess Plateau engineering.
