众所周知,急性脑梗塞患者血小板对ADP和肾上腺素致聚作用的敏感性增高,但对血浆活性物质5-羟色胺(5-HT)致聚作用的反应性如何,国内外尚未见报道。现将其初步观察结果报导如下。资料和方法一、观察对象:本科收治的经CT扫描确诊的脑梗塞患者18例,男11例,女7例,年龄55~75岁,平均61.4岁,病程不超过10天。正常健康人11例,男6例,女5例,年龄33-61岁,平均44.2岁。二、方法:血小板聚集功能,采用比浊法,在PPP自动平衡血小板聚集仪上进行测定。操作步骤及注意事项严格按照实验操作法执行。致聚剂选用5-HT,终浓度为11.35μM。
It is well-known that platelet in patients with acute cerebral infarction is more sensitive to ADP and epinephrine synergism. However, it has not been reported at home and abroad for its reactivity to the serotonin (5-HT). Now its preliminary observations reported as follows. Materials and Methods 1.Objective: 18 underwent CT scan confirmed cerebral infarction patients, 11 males and 7 females, aged 55 to 75 years, mean 61.4 years old, duration of no more than 10 days. Eleven normal healthy people, 6 males and 5 females, aged 33-61 years, mean 44.2 years old. Second, the method: platelet aggregation function, using turbidimetry, PPP automatic equilibrium platelet aggregation instrument for determination. Procedures and precautions in strict accordance with the experimental operation of law enforcement. 5-HT was used as the depolymerization reagent, and the final concentration was 11.35 μM.
