班主任是小学教育机构教育教学活动中的重要组成部分,肩负着引导学生学习知识,促进其全面发展的职责。故当前环境下,随着素质教育与新课程改革在各级教育机构中的不断深入与推广,小学班主任也需及时进行角色转换,以顺应现代化新课改教学要求。但现阶段,我国大多数小学学校的班主任角色转换过程中尚存在许多问题,教育效果并不乐观,亟须进一步改进和革新。
Class teacher is an important part of education and teaching activities of primary education institutions, shouldering the responsibility to guide students to learn knowledge and promote their all-round development. Therefore, under the current circumstances, with the continuous deepening and promotion of quality education and new curriculum reform in educational institutions at all levels, the primary school teacher also needs to timely change his role so as to conform to the requirements of modern teaching of new curriculum reform. However, at this stage, there are still many problems in the process of the role change of the headteachers in most primary schools in our country. The educational effect is not optimistic and it is in urgent need of further improvement and innovation.
