通过拉伸和冲击试验分析了不同回火温度对汽车悬架Si-Cr弹簧钢微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:弹簧钢经过淬火后,固溶体中的含碳量提高,内孪晶密度或位错密度较高,且组织比较细小均匀,经过回火处理残余奥氏体和马氏体的亚稳相向稳定相转变;随着回火温度增加,残余奥氏体逐渐分解,而马氏体逐渐转变成屈氏体、索氏体;弹簧钢的抗拉强度和洛氏硬度减小,而伸长率增加。
The influence of different tempering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Si-Cr spring steel suspension was analyzed by tensile test and impact test. The results show that the content of carbon in the solid solution increases after quenching the spring steel, the twins density or dislocation density is high, and the microstructure is relatively small and uniform. After the tempering, the metastable phase of retained austenite and martensite As the tempering temperature increases, the retained austenite gradually decomposes, while the martensite gradually changes into troostite and sorbite. The tensile strength and Rockwell hardness of the spring steel decrease, while the elongation increase.
