幼儿的成长离不开环境,环境对幼儿发展的影响是极其深远的,我国古代对此就有精辟的论述,如“近朱者赤,近墨者黑”就是强调环境对人的感染作用。幼儿园内幼儿与成人之间、幼儿与幼儿之间、成人与成人之间、教师与家长之间建立了种种情感,表达情感的方式、语言、行为、习惯等直接影响着孩子们的成长。因此,教师应抓住环境中的有效资源,促进幼儿德、智、体全面发展。
