目的:研究落葵粗多糖对小鼠游泳耐力及抗氧化酶活性的影响。方法:小鼠给予落葵粗多糖15d后,采用负重游泳实验观察小鼠运动耐力;检测血清乳酸;测定血清、肝和心脏组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力以及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:给予落葵粗多糖后,小鼠负重游泳时间明显延长,同时可降低运动后血清LA含量;升高小鼠血清和肝组织SOD、GSH-Px活性及心脏组织SOD活力,降低小鼠血清、肝和心脏组织匀浆MDA的含量。结论:落葵粗多糖具有抗疲劳和抗氧化酶活性作用。
Objective: To study the effects of Lack Kwai Polysaccharide on swimming endurance and antioxidant enzyme activity in mice. Methods: The mice were given Radix Aconitum konjac polysaccharide for 15 days, and the exercise tolerance of mice was observed by the swimming load-bearing test. Serum lactate was measured. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase Enzyme (GSH-Px) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Results: After giving LPS, the swimming time of mice was significantly prolonged, and at the same time, the content of serum LA was decreased. The activity of SOD and GSH-Px in serum and liver of mice and SOD activity in heart tissue were decreased, , Liver and heart tissue homogenate MDA content. Conclusion: Loki polysaccharides have anti-fatigue and antioxidant enzyme activity.
