沙棘油为从胡颓子科植物沙棘(Hippopllasc rba-mnoides L.)的种子中提取的油,主要成份为β—谷甾醇—β—D—葡萄糖甙,有报道沙棘种子油对醋酸法和慢性利血平法所致的大鼠胃溃疡模型有良好的促进愈合作用,本研究进一步观察沙棘油对无水酒精和阿司匹林引起的大鼠胃粘膜损伤的保护作用,为本品的进一步应用提供实验依据。1 实验材料
