目的了解2015年宝鸡市市售食品中砷的污染情况,并对人群健康风险进行分析评价。方法从大型农贸市场、超市等地购买样品,按照食品卫生检验方法或理化工作手册进行砷含量的检测分析。结果检测各类食品样品共195份,砷在水果、蔬菜、大米、小麦、蛋类、淡水鱼和肝肾中的检出率分别为35.7%、73.4%、100.0%、11.1%、69.2%、64.3%、100.0%,均未超标。结论 2015年宝鸡市市售食品已存在砷污染,但总体来讲还是安全洁净的,且对人群健康无影响,但是仍需进一步加强监测,控制污染,保障人群健康。
Objective To understand the arsenic pollution in commercial foods in Baoji City in 2015 and to analyze and evaluate the health risks of the population. Methods Samples were purchased from large-scale farmers markets, supermarkets and other places, and the detection and analysis of arsenic content was conducted according to the food hygiene inspection method or the physical and chemical workbook. Results A total of 195 samples of various food samples were tested. The detection rates of arsenic in fruits, vegetables, rice, wheat, eggs, freshwater fish and liver and kidney were 35.7%, 73.4%, 100.0%, 11.1%, 69.2% 64.3%, 100.0%, were not exceeded. Conclusion Arsenic pollution has been found in commercial foods in Baoji City in 2015, but it is still safe and clean in general, and has no effect on the health of the population. However, monitoring, pollution control and health protection are still needed.
