以熔铸硼酸板模拟炉衬,在120tAOD炉水模型装置上研究了侧顶复吹条件下侧吹气流的反冲对炉衬蚀损的影响,并作了工业实验.结果显示,给定的侧枪枪位下,侧吹气流的反冲对炉衬蚀损的影响随侧吹总气量和单枪气量的增大及侧枪数的减少而增强;对应本工作所用侧枪数,在18°~27°范围内合宜增大枪间夹角利于缓解炉衬蚀损;顶吹气流使炉衬蚀损速率减小;复吹过程中由浮力引起的炉衬受损区域扩大程度比纯侧吹下要低;给定各吹气量下,采用7枪22.5°和6枪27°时,炉衬蚀损程度和速率比采用其他侧枪配置时都小.由水模拟得到的结论是可靠、可信和正确的.适当增大120tAOD炉侧枪间夹角可大幅度提高其炉龄,并显著改善精炼过程各项技术经济指标.
The effects of the recoil of the side blown air flow on the erosion of the lining were studied by means of simulating the lining of the boric acid plate in a 120tAOD water model device and an industrial experiment was carried out.The results showed that the given side gun The effect of backflush of the side-blown air flow on the corrosion of the lining was enhanced with the increase of the total amount of air blown by the side blown air and the increase of the amount of side guns and the decrease of the number of side guns. The top blown air flow reduces the erosion rate of the lining. The extent of expansion of the damaged lining caused by buoyancy during the double blowing is lower than that of pure side blowing. Each blow volume, the use of 7 guns 22.5 ° and 6 guns 27 °, the extent and rate of loss of lining than other side guns configuration are small.Water simulation results are reliable, credible and correct. Appropriate increase 120tAOD furnace side gun between the gun can greatly increase the furnace age, and significantly improve the refining process of technical and economic indicators.
