患者男,20岁,学生,住院号83129。于1993年9月18日入院。4天前突然持续发热(38.5℃),头部胀痛,非喷射性呕吐胃内容物1次。无眼眶痛及腰痛,饮食、睡眠尚好。病后第2天服感冒通等药,有所退热,但头痛进行性加剧、难忍,并频繁恶心、喷射状呕吐。第4天出现行为异常,仅穿内衣裤赤足户外乱走,问之不语,并有严重抵触情绪,即被护送入院。病后患者无大小便失禁及四肢抽搐,尿量如常。无精神病史,半月前在农村度暑假。 查体:T38.4℃,P80次/min,R22次/
