1988年10月,上海诞生了一家自主经营,自负盈亏,以图书馆为服务对象的集体企业——申联高校图书馆服务部(后更名为申联文献信息技术公司)。十年来,从统一采购到集中编目,从随书配卡到网上数据查询与套录,从数据库建设到自动化系统推广,“申联”迈出的每一步都顺应了图书馆事业发展的潮流。值此“申联”成立十周年之际,编辑部特邀“申联”的领导、专家及“申联”的部分用户就“‘申联’与图书馆现代事业”为题进行笔谈。我们衷心期望“申联”能与图书馆界共同努力,为中国的OCLC的早日问世作出应有的贡献。
October 1988, Shanghai was born a self-employed, self-financing, library services for the target group - Shenlian University Library Services (later renamed Shenlian literature and information technology company). In the past ten years, from unified purchasing to centralized cataloging, from matching books to on-line data inquiry and set-up, from database construction to automation system promotion, “Shenlian” has taken every step to comply with the development of the library industry trend. On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the establishment of Shen Lian, the editorial department invited some of the leaders, experts and some users of Shen Shen, "For the title of writing. We sincerely hope that Shen Shen can work with the library community to make its due contribution to the early appearance of OCLC in China.
