浙江金華專區中醫進修班,為了彌補中醫進修課程中之不足,在上學期試行了“學員經驗交流”的方法,使學員們相互交流自己的臨床經驗和有效驗方,不但提高了該班學員們本身的技術水平,也為今後的中醫進修教學提出了一些經驗,試行結果,學員們對此一致表示滿意,認爲只有在毛主席領導下才有可能這樣做。開展經驗交流的準備和動員過程在準備進行學員經驗交流之初,班領導上是有一些顧慮的,怕掌握不了,怕交流不好反使學員間鬧意見
