目前广泛采用的脑脊液常规检查,只能提供细胞总数和简单的细胞分类。由于对标本不进行染色,细胞形态辨认不清,故不能提供准确的病理资料。1996年1月～1999年11月,我们开展了脑脊液细胞形态学检查,应用先进的脑脊液细胞离心、沉淀、染色技术,在普通光学显微镜下,清晰地观察到各种脑脊液细胞形态特征,为神经系统感染、出血、脑膜白血病等疾病诊断提供了可靠的临床检验资料。
Currently widely used cerebrospinal fluid routine examination, can only provide the total number of cells and simple cell classification. As the specimen is not stained, cell morphology is not clear, it can not provide accurate pathological data. From January 1996 to November 1999, we carried out cerebrospinal fluid cytomorphology examination. Using advanced cerebrospinal fluid cytocentrifugation, sedimentation and staining techniques, under the ordinary light microscope, we clearly observed the morphological characteristics of various cerebrospinal fluid cells, Systemic infection, bleeding, meningococcal disease and other diseases provide a reliable clinical test data.
