“三居”专项行动,即开展农村“安居宜居美居”专项行动(简称“三居”专项行动)。为深入贯彻宁波市政府《关于实施“提升城乡品质建设美丽宁波”行动计划的指导意见》(甬政发[2015]106号)精神,全力推进我区农村“安居宜居美居”专项行动,规范我区农村整治工作,科学指导村庄整治、规划、改造,更好发挥村庄规划(指落地性整治规划方案)在建设美丽宜居乡村的引领作用,助推我区农村实现环境更美好、村庄更美丽、住房更美居、生活更美满“四美”目标。本人结合多年实际项目案例及实施经验,认真总结并进行分类专项设计引导,提炼出三居普通型和特色型两大方向的村庄整治改造设计方案。结合本区农村特点,特色型的村庄总结出历史文化型、产业型、滨海型、半山区型四个特色类型村庄并进行专项设计引导。在“三居工程”指导下的示范村创建,我们要以更高标准、更规范化、且更具创新性的角度来建设农村,保障农村建设的安全性、规范性、创新性和可持续性,逐步提升农村居住品质。本文立足研究三居工程内容,深入阐述了农村如何做好三居改旧提质的问题。

Based on many years of actual project cases and implementation experience, I conscientiously summed up and classified the special design guidance, refining three villages of ordinary and characteristics of the two directions of renovation design of the village. Under the guidance of ”Three Habitat Projects“, we should establish a model village under the guidance of ”Three Habitat Projects."
