坏血病是由于长期缺乏维生素C(抗坏血酸)而引起成骨障碍及出血倾向的疾病。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,此病发病呈逐年减少趋势,但在一些贫困落后山区仍有散发病例。1986~1994年,我院儿科共收治婴幼儿坏血病35例,现报告如下。 临床资料 一、临床资料 男12例,女23例。年龄6个月~1岁26例,~1岁半7例,~2岁2例。34例为人工喂养儿,主食奶粉、面糊及饼干,从未添加含有维生素C的果汁或维生素C制剂;1例为纯母乳喂养
Scurvy is a disease caused by long-term lack of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) causing osteogenic disorders and bleeding tendency. With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, the incidence of this disease has been decreasing year by year, but some poorly-developed mountainous areas still have sporadic cases. From 1986 to 1994, 35 cases of infantile scurvy were admitted to our pediatric department. The report is as follows. Clinical data A clinical data of 12 males and 23 females. Six patients were aged from 6 months to 1 year old, 7 cases were ~ 1 year old and 2 cases were 2 years old. 34 cases of artificial feeding children, staple food milk, batter and biscuits, has never been added with vitamin C juice or vitamin C preparations; 1 case of exclusive breastfeeding
