为加快果桑叶的综合利用,参考其他植物多糖提取方法提取果桑叶多糖,采用Feton体系、邻苯三酚自氧化法,对果桑叶多糖的抗氧化活性进行研究。Feton体系清除·OH结果表明,果桑叶多糖在质量浓度0.8 mg/mL时有最高的·OH清除作用,清除率可达90.8%;邻苯三酚自氧化法结果表明,果桑叶多糖在质量浓度0.8 mg/mL时有最高的O-2·清除作用,清除率可达60.2%。
In order to speed up the comprehensive utilization of mulberry leaves, polysaccharides extracted from other mulberry leaves were extracted with reference to other plant polysaccharides.
