从聚苯乙烯类保温材料的普遍性、重要性以及在火灾中对人、物、环镜的危险性入手,分析该材料的耐热性、阻燃性两大安全指标。聚苯乙烯类保温材料属于易燃等级,其耐热性主要通过添加剂改变其最低燃烧温度,阻燃性则通过添加阻燃剂加快其碳化速度及增加碳化量。以某种聚苯乙烯类保温材料为例,研究其在氮气中不同升温速率(10 K/min,20 K/min,30K/min)下热解过程中热重特性的变化。目前提高聚苯乙烯类保温材料初始热降解温度、降低有毒有害燃烧产物的添加型阻燃剂以无机物和纳米颗粒复合物为主。
From the universality and importance of polystyrene insulation materials and the danger to people, objects and rings in the fire, this paper analyzes the two safety indexes of heat resistance and flame retardancy of the materials. Polystyrene insulation materials are flammable grade, its heat resistance mainly through the additives to change the minimum combustion temperature, flame retardant through the addition of flame retardants to speed up its carbonization rate and increase the amount of carbonization. Taking a polystyrene insulation material as an example, the thermogravimetric properties of the pyrolysis process at different heating rates (10 K / min, 20 K / min, 30 K / min) in nitrogen were studied. At present, the initial type of polystyrene thermal insulation material to improve the thermal degradation temperature, reduce toxic and harmful combustion products added flame retardant to inorganic and nano-particle complexes based.
