直接将K-ε双方程湍流模型应用于大型锅炉水平烟道的三维冷态流场计算。给出了流场计算的模型方程,且用壁面函数法来处理水平烟道的各受热面。用作者编制的计算机程序对某厂HG670/140型锅炉的水平烟道的冷态流场进行了计算,并与已有的试验结果进行了对比,结果较好。计算表明:K-ε双方程湍流模型能用于锅炉水平烟道的流场计算,其结果的在工程上具有重要的参考价值。
The K-ε two-equation turbulence model is directly applied to the three-dimensional cold flow field calculation of large-scale boiler horizontal flue. The model equations of the flow field are given, and the wall function method is used to deal with the heating surface of horizontal flue. The computer program compiled by the author calculates the cold flow field in the horizontal flue of HG670 / 140 boiler in a certain plant. Compared with the existing experimental results, the result is better. The calculation shows that the K-ε two-equation turbulence model can be used to calculate the flow field in the horizontal flue duct of the boiler, and the result is of great reference value in engineering.
