运用文献资料、数理统计、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法、对黑龙江省部分高师院校女大学生体育现状进行调查分析,结果表明:体育需求表现出多元化的特点;关注体育的态度以及对余暇体育活动主动性不高,女大学生对体育课的满意程度呈正态分布,活动场地以校内的运动场(馆)为主:大部分学生每周不同程度地参加体育活动但活动时间比较短,锻炼效果不高。
By means of literature, mathematical statistics, questionnaire survey and expert interviews, the paper analyzes the current situation of female college students in some normal colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province. The results show that: the demand for sports shows diversified characteristics; attention to the attitude of sports and the leisure sports Activities of the initiative is not high, the degree of satisfaction with the female students was normal distribution of physical education, sports venues to school playground (Hall) mainly: most students participate in physical activity at different levels each week, but the activity time is shorter, the effect of exercise not tall.
