本文采用体外集落形成法(Clonogenic Assay)测定正常人骨髓及外周血中和慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)患者血中的粒系祖代细胞(Myeloid Progenitor cells,CFU)对8种化疗药物的敏感性。同时还比较了慢性期(CP)及急变期CFU对化疗药物的敏感性。用连续接触法的实验结果表明:正常人骨髓与外周血CFU对Ara-C的剂量-效应曲线非常相似。对6例健康人及8例CML患者的实验表明,二者对Ara-C
In this study, Clonogenic Assay was used to determine the sensitivity of myeloid progenitor cells (CFU) to 8 chemotherapeutic drugs in normal human bone marrow and peripheral blood and patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) . At the same time, we compared the sensitivity of chemotherapeutics to chronic phase (CP) and acute phase CFU. The experimental results using continuous contact method showed that the dose-response curve of CFU to Ara-C in normal human bone marrow and peripheral blood were very similar.
