校企联合培养培训人才是一种有效的互利共赢的产学研合作教育形式。建立企业人才培养与高等院校无缝对接的机制,对于促进这种产学研合作的发展具有重要的意义。文章从构建沟通协调机制、过程控制机制和利益保障机制等方面对高校人才培养与企业的无缝对接进行了分析研究。
School-enterprise joint training of personnel training is an effective mutually beneficial and win-win form of cooperative education. Establishing a mechanism of seamlessly connecting enterprise personnel training with that of higher education institutions is of great significance to promoting the development of this industry-university-institute cooperation. This article analyzes and studies seamlessly the connection between personnel training and enterprises in colleges and universities from the aspects of establishing communication and coordination mechanism, process control mechanism and benefit guarantee mechanism.
