“十三五”期间,央企面临着如何真正实现创新驱动的考验,“战斗力”也有待进一步检验,科技创新之路任重道远。近日,国务院国资委发布的《关于做好中央科技型企业股权和分红激励工作的通知》(以下简称《通知》)指出,将优先支持符合《“十三五”国家科技创新规划》战略布局和中央企业“十三五”科技创新重点研发方向,创新能力较强、成果技术水平较高、市场前景较好的企业或项目实施股权和分红激励。

Recently, the Circular of the State Council, China’s State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission on Issuing the Notice on Doing Well the Equity and Dividend Involvement of Central Scientific and Technological Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the “Circular”) pointed out that priority will be given to supporting the strategy of “National Science and Technology Innovation Plan” Layout and central enterprises “Thirteen Five ” science and technology innovation focus on research and development direction, strong innovation ability, higher achievement technology level, better market prospects of enterprises or projects to implement equity and dividend incentives.
