针对火电厂掺烧大量褐煤会导致磨煤机干燥出力不足,极大地影响制粉系统安全运行的问题,通过改变空气预热器转向、扩大一次风风仓角度和安装软密封对磨煤机喷嘴环进行了扩容改造.结果表明:改造后磨煤机入口热一次风温度进一步提高,干燥出力和研磨出力明显增大,风机阻力减小,在满足锅炉大比例掺烧褐煤要求的同时可降低风机电耗,减小一次风机失速的危险,为企业带来较大的经济效益.
