盲孔混凝土空心小砌块是在普通混凝土空心小砌块基础上发展改进的。它们之间的区别就是其独特的孔型及砌块的一面为通孔,另一面为封闭的盲孔。在施工砌筑时,盲孔朝上,以利砂浆饱满度控制。该产品获得“实用新型”和“外观设计”两项专利。目前,它在长沙地区已广泛应用。长沙地区盲孔混凝土空心小砌块按其强度分为承重型和非承重型。承重型砌块其主要物理力学性能如下:1.砌体密度1500 kg/m~3;2.主砌块的抽空率44%;3.主砌块的单块质量 24kg;4.砌块墙体两面抹3～4 mm 的水泥石灰砂浆后的热绝缘系数为0.635m~2·K/w(490mm 厚粘土砖墙体为0.625
