伴随着我国档案事业的发展 ,各地建立了成千上百个基层档案学会 ,作为社团组织之一的档案学会 ,应具有学术性、民主性、群众性。但是 ,据笔者调查 ,基层档案学会尚存在一些问题。主要是 :学会组织活动少 ,内容单调 ;经费不足 ;学会功能发挥不够 ;对会员吸引力不强 ,开展工作的 Accompanied by the development of archives in our country, hundreds of grassroots archives societies have been set up around the country.
