进行工作分析确定岗位任职条件 工作分析是借助于一定的分析手段,确定工作的性质、结构,要求等基本因素的活动。通过对某项工作进行全面分析可以明确工作职责及对任职人员的知识结构、工作能力、熟练程度等要求。既能为企业制定培训计划提供决策的依据,又能为员工选择职业岗位提供自我衡量的尺度。通过工作分析确定的岗位任职条件是员工上岗的最低标准,坚持对关键岗位实行岗位准入,达不到标准的培训合格方能上岗,这是员工参加培训的原始动力。
