血流动力学是颈内动脉瘤术后复发的一个重要因素。为探讨颈内动脉瘤术后血流动力学因素对动脉瘤复发的影响,应用三维重建技术建立颈内动脉瘤术前术后的三维模型,通过有限元方法测定颈内动脉瘤手术前后的血流动力学参数。结果表明:颈内动脉瘤模型准确,形态逼真;复发病例术后压力明显降低,动脉瘤残颈处剪切应力明显增大,血流速度明显增大,增加了动脉瘤复发的风险。血流动力学分析为临床上动脉瘤治疗方案的制定和预防术后复发提供参考依据。
Hemodynamics is an important factor for the recurrence of internal carotid aneurysms. To investigate the effect of postoperative hemodynamic factors on the recurrence of aneurysms, three-dimensional reconstruction was used to establish the three-dimensional model of the internal carotid aneurysm before and after surgery. The blood samples were collected before and after the operation Flow dynamics parameters. The results showed that the model of internal carotid aneurysm was accurate and the morphology was vivid. The postoperative pressure of recurrence was significantly reduced. The shear stress of the aneurysm at the neck of the aneurysm increased obviously and the velocity of blood flow increased obviously, which increased the risk of aneurysm recurrence. Hemodynamic analysis provides a reference for clinical treatment of aneurysms and prevention of postoperative recurrence.
