本文在传统的CO_2法硅酸钠水玻璃砂基础上引入硅酸钾水玻璃,通过实验,对比了CO_2法钠水玻璃砂、钾水玻璃砂、复合钾钠水玻璃砂的主要性能。结果表明,钾水玻璃砂有理想的溃散性。为发挥钾离子对溃散性的有利作用,保持钠水玻璃吹气强度高的优势,采用高模数钾水玻璃与低模数钠水玻璃适当配比的复合钾钠水玻璃砂,具有良好的溃散性,其它工艺性能也可满足生产要求。
In this paper, potassium silicate water glass was introduced into the traditional CO 2 sodium silicate glass. The main properties of sodium silicate sand, potassium silicate water and potassium sodium silicate sand were compared by experiments. The results show that potassium silicate water has an ideal collapse. In order to exert the beneficial effect of potassium ions on the collapsibility and to maintain the advantage of high blowing strength of sodium water glass, the high potassium potassium sodium silicate and low-modulus sodium water glass are properly mixed with sodium potassium sodium silicate sand, which has a good Collapsibility, other process performance can also meet the production requirements.
