当前,生态文明建设上升到“五位一体”战略高度,转型发展、优化发展已成为中国经济发展主线。城市作为人类活动的中心区域,是碳排放的主要阵地,城市转型低碳发展已成为城市未来发展的根本趋势。长沙作为全国首批“节能减排”示范城市和全国“两型”社会建设综合配套改革试验区,推进低碳发展、创建低碳城市已成为其新时期的发展新使命。基于此,笔者在分析长沙低碳城市创建的现实基础上,提出了长沙城市低碳转型的的发展思路,制定了长沙低碳城市创建的战略举措,希望能为长沙市城市低碳转型和加速推进低碳城市创建提供新的思路。

Based on this, on the basis of analyzing the reality of Changsha low-carbon city creation, the author puts forward the development idea of Changsha city low-carbon transformation and formulates the strategic measures to create low-carbon city in Changsha, hoping to make the transition and acceleration of Changsha low carbon city Promote the creation of low-carbon cities to provide new ideas.
