本文叙述了采用二种不同性能的钛带,二种不同的氮气保护方式和三种不同的焊接工艺参数在φ8~40意大利引进焊接机组上焊制小25×0.7×9179mm钛焊管的室温拉伸性能和工艺性能。并给出了采用优选工艺所制造的钛焊管的各项检验和试验数据和照片。结果表明,上钢五厂研制成的国内首批0.7mm钛焊管质量达到了美国ASTMB338-83标准和在沙角电厂20万 发电机组冷凝器上插管提出的试验要求。文中还列出了经过二年半装机运行后对本批研制钛管重新检验的各项结果。
This article describes the use of two different performance titanium band, two different nitrogen protection and three different welding process parameters in the φ8 ~ 40 Italy imported welding unit welded small 25 × 0.7 × 9179mm titanium tube at room temperature Tensile properties and process performance. And gives the inspection and test data and photos of the titanium welded pipe manufactured by the preferred process. The results show that the quality of the first 0.7mm titanium welded pipe developed by Shanghai Wuchang has reached the requirements of ASTMB338-83 of the United States and the test of intubation on the condenser of 200,000 generator in Shajiao Power Plant. Also listed in the article after two and a half installed operation of the batch of titanium tube re-examination of the results.
