新课程改革带来了新的教育教学理念,我和所有的教育工作者一样,以极大的热情投入到了这次改革的潮流之中。新课程的理念要求我们更新观念,更新知识,转变角色,改变课程过于注重知识传授的倾向,让学生学会学习,学会合作,倡导学生主动参与,在教学中尊重学生,凸显学生的主体地位。许多教师在这方面作了积极的探索,本文主要谈谈我在教学实践中的一些具体做法,与同仁探讨。一、转变思想,真正树立“以学生发展为本”的意识学生主体思想已被大多数教师所接受,但在具体的思想政治课教学过程中,学生主体作用的发挥往往很不理想,主要原因在于教师习惯于让学生跟着自己的思维转,这样学生成了学习的机器,缺乏主观能动性,没有自觉性
