随着社会的不断发展,时代的不断进步,我国的经济建设也发展到了一个新的阶段,因此,在当前的企业之中人们也越来越重视对人力资源的管理了,但是目前在我们国家的人力资源管理中还是存在着很多问题的。比如说现在我们的管理模式还是比较传统,对人力资源的管理整体上仍旧处于静态化的状态。尤其是在某些行业里,管理人员仍然存在思维上的局限性,他们的管理能力也可以说是停滞不前。本文主要介绍了当前我国在人力资源管理中存在的一些问题,同时还介绍了一些解决措施,希望可以对大家有所帮助。
