我国网络团购行业作为一个新兴行业经历了爆发和寒潮,这个特殊行业如何健康持续发展引起国内外学者的广泛关注。此次从顾客满意度的角度,采用实证调研方法探究我国团购网站的发展问题,提出相应的发展建议。
As a new industry, the internet group purchase industry in our country experienced the outbreak and cold wave. How healthy and sustainable development of this special industry aroused the widespread concern of domestic and foreign scholars. The customer satisfaction from the perspective of using empirical research methods to explore the development of our group purchase site, put forward the corresponding development proposals.
