1978-1984年,先后五年采用快中子辐照甘薯有性杂交种子23个组合,6543粒种子。研究表明:诱发下胚轴不定芽的适宜注量为3.8×10~(11)和1.1×10~(12)中子/厘米~2,萌发时间为出苗后22—40天,萌发部位在子叶节下2—3厘米处。用石腊切片观察到:出苗后10—35天,诱发的不定芽是由下胚轴表皮细胞分化而来,起源于单细胞,有42.3—72.7%不定芽品系的色素、叶形、蔓色、茸毛、花器,以及抗病性、品质和产量等性状获得了变异,尤以抗病性、蔓长、节间长度、烘干率等的后代遗传稳定性较强。现已选出了抗病性强、淀粉高、高产有希望的品系5个,以及具有突出抗病基因或高淀粉基因的品系8个,丰富了种质资源,有利于杂交育种。
In 1978-1984, 23 combinations of sexual hybrid sweet potato seeds with 6543 seeds were irradiated with fast neutrons for five years. Now we have selected 5 lines with high disease resistance, high starch, high yield, and 8 lines with prominent disease resistance genes or high starch genes, enriching germplasm resources and promoting hybrid breeding.
