当前我国经济发展速度加快,相关生产需求不断增加,建筑行业在此背景条件下得到了较快的发展。在相关建筑行业快速发展的同时,在施工过程当中逐渐暴露出了一系列的问题,不断约束着建筑行业的发展,对我国经济快速发展造成了不利影响。本文将进一步以民用建筑项目当中的土建施工管理作为研究对象,对建筑施工过程当中的管理行为进行分析,通过对管理重要性和意义的分析、当下施工过程当中所面对的问题以及建筑施工的管理措施进行分析。
