本文研究了结球白菜(Brassica pekinensis R.)早熟杂种G在0°、5°、10°和15℃下贮藏,对外源乙烯处理的反应及乙烯的释放量。结果表明:1.结球白菜贮藏中,只有当乙烯存在达到作用浓度时才会发生脱帮。乙烯致脱帮的作用会因温度提高而显著加剧。2.商品率的降低因外源乙烯处理而加剧,并显然与脱帮相关。3.结球白菜贮藏中的呼吸强度和乙烯释放量显然随温度上升而增高,并随贮藏期延长而降低,但在贮藏后期均有上升趋势。4.结球白菜贮藏中的乙烯释放量较低,其变化幅度由0℃,0.021±0.013μl/kg·h,至15℃0.142±0.092μl/kg·h。并显然因机械伤而增高。5.结球白菜贮藏中的呼吸强度0℃为2.93±0.83ml/kg·h,15℃达13.28±2.20ml/kg·h呼吸强度因外源乙烯处理而增高。
In this paper, the precocious hybrid G of Brassica pekinensis R. stored at 0 °, 5 °, 10 ° and 15 ° C was studied in response to exogenous ethylene and ethylene release. The results showed that: 1.
