Although the curriculum reform has been more than ten years, our Chinese teaching often faces the embarrassment and perplexity. Class teaching as a whole is still moving forward in the ideal direction. However, due to our understanding of the new curriculum concept and understanding Deviation, and the lack of practical experience, many non-Chinese, pan-language and inefficient phenomena appeared in the classroom teaching reform. The Report on the Quality Inspection of Compulsory Education in China, jointly issued by the Central Institute of Educational Science and the China Education Daily, shows that the pass rate of Chinese language courses is the lowest in only four courses of Chinese, mathematics, science and thought in primary schools, only 62.5% Nearly 30% of students have only a language proficiency
