人口问题是关系中华民族生存和发展,关系中国现代化建设兴衰成败的重大问题。党中央把实行计划生育、控制人口数量、提高人口质量确定为我国的一项基本国策。党校是宣传党的路线、方针、政策的阵地,是培养各级领导干部的熔炉。为了保证基本国策得以顺利贯彻,早日实现国家富强、民族昌盛、人民幸福的宏伟目标,党校干部教育应加强人口理论教学,不断提高干部的人口意识。
The population issue is a major issue that concerns the survival and development of the Chinese nation and the success or failure of China’s modernization drive. The Central Party Committee has determined that the implementation of family planning, population control and population quality should be determined as one of China’s basic state policies. Party schools are positions for propagandizing the party’s line, principles and policies and are the melting pot for cultivating leading cadres at all levels. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the basic national policy and realize the magnificent goal of making China prosperous, prosperous and well-being of the people at an early date, the cadre education of Party schools should strengthen the teaching of population theory and constantly raise the cadre’s population awareness.
