故障现象一辆2010年10月生产的XML6103J23厦门金旅43座旅行车,搭载潍柴WP6.240发动机,行驶里程约为7.7万km。据驾驶人反映,该车曲轴传动带轮与空调压缩机中间轮之间的传动带特别容易损坏,车辆行驶至今已经更换了10副传动带(每副为2根15×1690传动带),此前一直在金旅客车特约维修站修理,大约每年夏季需要更换2副传动带,曾怀疑传动带的质量问题,然而对比发现,不论装用原厂、副厂还是盖茨进口传动带,其寿命均差不了多少。
