在我们过去的研究中,曾对葡萄嫁接后砧穗间的相互影响作过一些工作,也曾就此发表过几篇有关文章。本文仅就接穗对砧木根系的过氧化物酶活性、呼吸速率及可溶性蛋白的影响,进行了测试分析。1 材料与方法1.1 材料取自净月果园的4年生巨峰、红香水、康太、罗也尔实生葡萄品种的嫁接苗和自根苗的根系,进行有关生理指标的测试分析。嫁接苗砧木为贝达(Beta),葡萄园管理水平一般。取样时间为10月20日。1.2 测定方法1.2.1用联苯胺比色法测根系过氧化物酶1.2.2 用红外仪法测根系呼吸速率。1.2.3 用考马斯亮兰G250法测根的可溶性蛋白。2结果与分析2.1根系过氧化物酶活性 过氧化物酶(POD)是活性较高的一种酶,它与光合作用、呼吸作用以及生长素的氧化等都有密切关系。在植物生长发育过程中,
