Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 is a transmembrane glycoprotein of the immunoglobulin family and is an adhesion molecule that mediates cell-to-cell adhesion. In recent years it has been found to play an important role in tumors and their metastasis. The study found that the serum intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in patients with liver cancer was significantly higher than that in normal and benign tumor patients, patients with metastasis were higher than those without metastasis.
