目的综述蜂胶的来源、类型、化学组成以及与植物源相关性的研究,为蜂胶及其植物源化学成分和药理活性的研究与开发利用提供参考。方法以国内外研究文献为基础,对蜂胶的来源、化学成分进行分析和总结。结果蜂胶来源广泛,化学组成复杂,与植物源相关的特征性成分明显,可根据植物源对蜂胶进行分类。蜂胶是植物化学家良好的研究材料,带动了胶源植物化学成分及药理活性的研究。结论蜂胶与胶源植物的化学组成及药理活性的研究将极大地促进蜂胶及胶源植物的开发与利用。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the origin, types, chemical composition of propolis and its relationship with plant sources, and to provide references for the research, development and utilization of the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of propolis. Methods Based on the domestic and foreign research literature, the origin and chemical composition of propolis were analyzed and summarized. Results A wide range of propolis, chemical composition is complex, and plant-related characteristics of the obvious ingredients, propolis can be classified according to plant sources. Propolis is a good research material for phytochemists, which has led to the research on the chemical composition and pharmacological activity of the gum source plants. Conclusion The chemical composition and pharmacological activity of propolis and gum source plants will greatly promote the development and utilization of propolis and gum source plants.
