为了能够推进技能型人才的培养,高职教育教学方式改革成为使其规范化、高效化的重要途径。传统的教学方式在长期的教学过程中严重阻碍了高等职业技术学院对学生创新能力和实践能力的培养。目前,中职教育与高职教育相互分割,衔接不畅的现象普遍存在,教育达不到预期的效果。为了能够使学生适应高职教育模式,教师传统意义上的说教模式已经不能适应发展的要求,而需要广大教师采用更多样化的教学形式。从教育目标、专业设置、课程体系、培养模式等方面,创新学习制度,营造开放的学习环境,使中职教育和高职教育能够实现有效的衔接,实现中等和高等职业教育人才培养目标定位。 In order to promote the cultivation of skilled personnel, the reform of higher vocational education and teaching methods has become an important way to standardize and improve its efficiency.
