目的对药用狗牙花(Ervatamia officinalis)茎叶的化学成分进行分离及结构鉴定。方法利用硅胶柱、凝胶柱及反相硅胶柱等色谱柱技术进行分离,根据理化性质及波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果共分离并鉴定了10个化合物:α-香树醇(α-amyrin,1)、α-香树酯醇乙酸酯(α-amyrin acetate,2)、棕榈酸(palmitic acid,3)、正三十四烷醇(tetratriacon-tanol,4)、豆甾醇(stigmasterol,5)、β-胡萝卜苷(β-daucosterol,6)、羽扇豆醇(lupeol,7)、毛蕊异黄酮(calycosin,8)、木犀草素(luteolin,9)、蓝萼甲素(glaucocalyxin A,10)。结论化合物1、3~10为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物7、9、10为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of the stem and leaves of Ervatamia officinalis. Methods The compounds were separated by column chromatography on silica gel, gel column and reversed phase silica gel column. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectroscopy. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as a-amyrin (1), α-amyrin acetate (2), palmitic acid (3) Tetratriacon-tanol (4), stigmasterol (5), β-daucosterol (6), lupeol (7), calycosin (8) , Luteolin (9), glaucocalyxin A (10). Conclusion Compounds 1, 3 ~ 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 7, 9 and 10 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
