文章对多媒体网络舆情传播过程、影响舆情演进要素进行分析并确定相关指标,采用相关性分析、主成分分析相结合的方法对指标进行筛选,通过基于遗传算法的BP神经网络确定各级指标权重,将德尔菲法与SPSS分析相结合设定初始控制参数及舆情危机等级,文中以“韩国萨德”事件为实例模型,以期构建多媒体网络舆情危机监测指标体系,及时、公正、客观地监测网络舆情。
This article analyzes the process of public opinion communication in multimedia networks and the factors influencing the evolution of public opinion, and determines the relevant indicators. The indicators are screened by the method of correlation analysis and principal component analysis. The weight of indicators at all levels is determined by BP neural network based on genetic algorithm. The Delphi method and the SPSS analysis are combined to set the initial control parameters and the level of public opinion crisis. The article takes “South Korea Sade” as an example model, with a view to building a multimedia network public opinion crisis monitoring index system, timely, just and objectively monitoring Internet public opinion.
