本研究将异种烧结骨与自体红骨髓复合,移植于家兔的颅骨实验性骨缺损区,经X线、组织学、扫描电镜、透射电镜等观察,结果表明:异种烧结骨组织相容性好,无免疫排斥反应,具有良好的骨亲合性,能引导新骨形成,与宿主骨为直接骨性结合。应用计算机图像分析技术对夏合异种烧结骨和单纯异种烧结骨的新骨形成王进行对比,前者明显多于后者,本研究从定量角度证实了红骨髓的成合作用。烧结骨利于红骨髓的依附生长,发挥红骨髓的成骨与诱骨作用,加速了成骨速度,是一种有望用于临床的较理想的植骨材料。
In this study, different kinds of osteoclasts were combined with autologous red bone marrow and transplanted in experimental skull defects of rabbits. X-ray, histology, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were used to observe the results. , No immune rejection, has good bone affinity, can guide the formation of new bone, and the host bone is a direct bony combination. Comparing the new bone formation of Xiahe heterogenous osteoblasts with that of pure heterogenous osteoblasts by computer image analysis technology, the former is obviously more than the latter. This study confirmed the synergetic effect of red bone marrow from the quantitative point of view. Sintered bone is conducive to the growth of red bone marrow attached to play red bone marrow osteogenesis and induced osteogenesis, accelerated osteogenesis, is a more promising clinical bone graft material.
